The first component, and most important, is the 'hand', or the operator's experience and education. It is the operator that, with training, can look at the coffee produced and identify where the problem lies, whether it be with the operator, the equipment, the grind or the coffee itself.
We offer many different training options to our customers. The first, and easiest, will soon be our easy to follow DVD class. We will provide a one-hour DVD to each purchaser of our equipment which will teach the novice and the most passionate how to prepare the perfect espresso. We will have a troubleshooting section as well as a section on special coffee drinks! Most customers will find that occasional reference to this DVD is all they will need to keep making great espresso year after year.
We also offer training classes to all our customers. They run from a 3 Hour Tour, covering all the basics necessary to the casual owner, to a 3 Day Seminar, which covers everything from coffee preparation to minor equipment repair to green coffee roasting.
Lastly, we are happy to assist you at any time with your coffee preparation by telephone. Call and one of our experts can walk you through what is going on with your espresso, and guide you to a quick and tasty solution.
